Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Each Brilliana piece is crafted to order in your selected size.
Please allow 10–12 business days for the creation of your jewelry. Once completed, U.S. orders ship via fully insured DHL Express with signature required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 15–20 business days total, including crafting and transit time.
International delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Where applicable, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to help ensure a seamless customs experience.
All Brilliana shipments are fully insured during transit.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Because each Brilliana piece is made to order in your selected size and specifications, a $150 restocking fee applies to all returns.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- unworn
- unaltered
- in pristine original condition
- returned with all original packaging
- returned with all grading certificates, where applicable
- returned with all security tags intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, third-party resizing or repair, or missing certificates/tags may not be eligible for refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email info@brilliana.store within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label and a U.S. return address. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
For international returns, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may not be refundable by Brilliana.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
