Each Brilliana piece is crafted to order in your selected size. Please allow 10–12 business days for creation. Once completed, your order ships directly via fully insured DHL Express with signature required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery for U.S. orders: 15–20 business days total. International delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Where applicable, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
WARRANTY
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn made-to-order pieces.
Because each piece is created specifically for your selected size and specifications, a $150 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and with all original packaging, certificates, and security tags intact.
To begin a return, please contact info@brilliana.store. A U.S. return address and prepaid, insured return label will be provided upon approval. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
WARRANTY & SIZE CORRECTION
Brilliana offers a 3-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects in the metalwork and setting.
Lab-grown diamonds are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against structural manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, scratches, abrasion, chips, impact damage, loss, or accidental damage.
One complimentary size correction is available for eligible rings within 60 days of delivery, up or down 2 US sizes, arranged through Brilliana. Depending on the design, this may be completed by resizing or by remaking the piece in the correct size. Please allow 3–4 weeks.
