Lifetime Diamond Warranty

Every Brilliana lab-grown diamond is guaranteed to maintain its brilliance, hardness, and clarity for life. Any manufacturing defect in the diamond itself is fully covered.

Every Brilliana diamond above 0.50ct is accompanied by an independent IGI certificate, verifying its authenticity and grading. For jewelry featuring multiple smaller diamonds (such as eternity rings, bracelets, earrings etc), we provide an IGI certification for the entire piece, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind.

3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All settings (rings, earrings, bracelets) are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, loose prongs, or setting failures.

Not covered: normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, misshapen bands), accidental damage, loss, theft, or third-party alterations.

Complimentary Services

• Resizing: One free engagement ring resizing within the first year (up to 1.5 sizes up or down).

• Repairs: Non-warranty repairs available upon request with a custom quote.

• Turnaround: Typical service time is 2–3 weeks plus shipping.
