3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every Brilliana piece is crafted with close attention to proportion, material, and setting integrity.

We offer a 3-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in the metalwork and setting, including bezel settings.

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• superficial scratches
• metal abrasion
• damage caused by impact, mishandling, or improper care
• loss, theft, or accidental damage
• damage caused by third-party resizing, repair, polishing, or modification

Any service performed by a third-party jeweler without Brilliana’s prior approval may void this warranty.

Lab-Grown Diamond Warranty

Brilliana lab-grown diamonds are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against structural manufacturing defects in the diamond itself.

Diamonds are highly durable, but they are not indestructible. This warranty does not cover chips, scratches, abrasion, breakage from impact, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.

The brilliance of a diamond is maintained through regular, gentle cleaning and appropriate care.

Size Correction

We offer one complimentary size correction for eligible rings within 60 days of delivery, up or down a maximum of 2 US sizes.

All size corrections must be arranged through Brilliana to preserve the structure and integrity of the design.

Depending on the design, size correction may be completed by resizing or by remaking the piece in the correct size. Please allow 3–4 weeks.

Subsequent size correction requests, or requests beyond the 2-size limit, may incur an additional service fee.
