Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your ready-made jewelry piece. Returned items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust refunds for items showing signs of wear or damage.
Warranty
- Lifetime Warranty on all diamonds. Covers natural defects and guarantees the brilliance of your stone.
- Craftsmanship Warranty: 3 years coverage on all settings (rings, bracelets, earrings) against manufacturing defects such as loose prongs or clasps.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, misshapen bands), accidental damage, or lost/stolen items.
Resizing & Repairs
- Complimentary resizing for engagement rings (within 1–1.5 sizes).
- Repairs and adjustments are available by request.
- Turnaround time: approximately 2–3 weeks.
